These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the sPACKtacular platform and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use sPACKtacular to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; misuse carrier or payment integrations; or attempt to access data belonging to other stores.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that data, including any customer information you collect.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as described at signup. Payment processing and carrier shipping charges are passed through at cost plus any disclosed margins. You authorize us to charge applicable fees to your payment method.
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and payment processors (Stripe, Square) are third-party services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for carrier rate changes, delivery exceptions, or payment-processor decisions.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party carrier or payment-provider downtime.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain unpaid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sPACKtacular is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
